Option to select header style to be used

This is not possible using the Template Libraries introduced in v4.5. We re working on a number of styles for the new update but also are open for user contributed style libraries (with a proper credits obviously).

Multiple categories for rules
Add support for multiple categories for a rule/rule instance. This would allow to rule instance into multiple categories when appropriate. For example "ASP.NET" and "Security" for rule "Do not disable custom errors in web.config"

(EE) (Cmd) Define xsl-files for metrics report
Define XSL files for metrics report saved via Export to XML or produced by command line version. This would allow to open metrics XML file in web browser with a readable/printable layout.

Open violations (Cmd) produced XML file in the VS version
Open violations XML file output produced by the command line version in the Visual Studio plugin version of CodeIt.Right. This would allow to use auto-correct refactorings of CodeIt.Right for issues discovered during the build process.

Improve the product update process
Most Visual Studio add-ins now update the application within Visual Studio and do not require the download of a setup file and execution of it.
